tsp baking powder

tsp cinnamon
cup unsweetened applesauce

tbsp honey

egg nog

cup unsweetened almond milk

tsp coconut oil
Instructions
1 Whisk together all the ingredients for the pancake batter. 2 Heat a pan on medium and add coconut oil. 3 Use a ¼ cup scoop and pour the batter onto the pan. 4 Cook the pancakes for about 2-3 minutes per side. You may have to adjust the heat. If the pancakes aren’t cooking fast enough, increase the heat.
